Each suite has its own unique aesthetic, packed with original features and antiques furniture, beds dressed crisp striped linens and a sitting area. Relax on the king bed or unwind in the luxurious Italian marble bathroom. You will find the bedrooms already equipped with linen (Sheets, Towels, blankets), slippers, Welcome set for bathroom, bathrobes and pool towels.

The house features all the elements typical of a sophisticated country lifestyle, with nature as the protagonist also of the interiors, since the large openings with wrought iron profile let it pour into the house. All the ground floor rooms overlook the garden; and on the upper levels large arched picture-windows allow the Tuscan landscape to break into the rooms, providing a splendid frame of the Tuscan hills, strewn with cypresses and remote farmhouses as far as the eye can see…

For your maximum comfort the villa is fully Air-conditioned, anyway – if you love to sleep with open windows to let the nightly breeze on – any bedroom has one window equipped with screen.
The villa has also a free Wi-Fi connection throughout the building and by the pool area.
You will find the bedrooms already equipped with linen (Sheets, Towels, Bathrobes and Pool Towels), dressers, closets and clothes hangers to accommodate your travel wear.
Extra blankets and pillows are provided, with kitchen staples (salt, sugar, pepper, tea and many spices), dish soap and trash bags.

The villa is supplied with 2 hairdryers, toaster, American coffeemaker and traditional Italian Moka, dishwasher and refrigerators, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and kitchen utensils, dishtowels and table clothes.
In the main living room on the ground floor is available a flat screen TV Sat and an I-pod Docking Station for you to play your music during your vacation.
The kitchenette in the top floor suite has also a small fridge and a stovetop.
