The estate is set in a panoramic location, settled in on the ridge of a vineyard-covered hill overlooking a landscape of lush orchards and rolling hills, and surrounded by the greatest Tuscan wines and landscapes: Montepulciano, Cortona and Trasimeno Lake.

This is the scenery that will welcome you at our arrive at the villa: a gated entry with pathway flanked by cypress trees and white roses. The perimeter of the property is surrounded by our vineyard of Nobile di Montepulciano grapes, and the villa is immersed in the green of the estate.

 An oasis of greenery and scented flowers, surrounded by olive trees and plants local to the Tuscan region: century-old fig trees, oak, flowering plants like geranium, rosemary, jasmine and lavender. Yuo just have to discover and elect your own secret corner to enjoy the sun and the gentle breeze.

Enjoy the outdoors area

All in keeping with the owners’ philosophy of blending the grandeur of the villa with a high level of livability and enjoyability, the property offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the warm Italian weather. To cool off on a warm sunny day you can take a bath in the panoramic swimming pool, located just few steps from the building. Two lovely gazebos are also added to the outdoors by the pool: one with a covered dining spot; one with fresh canvas and shaded sun beds. Just few step from the pool there is the stone barbeque grill, ideal for enjoying an alfresco meal in the dining pavilion by the pool, paired with local wine.
Otherwise move to the large shaded pergola settled just outside the ground floor
kitchen, with sitting and dining spots.

And in front of it, a gorgeous panoramic deck with sitting chairs make the spot perfect to soak in the Tuscan sun with a cool drink in hand at the sunset. Then an external stairs of Travertine marble leads to the main terrace graced with wisteria and climbing jasmine creating something of a vertical garden. Then take in the vista onto the rolling Tuscan hills from this upper terrace equipped with an al-fresco dining area. The last structure is the annex that houses the laundry room with washing machine and iron board. And last but not least, enjoy the products of our glorious vegetable garden, always at guests’ disposal. The extraordinary location of the property allows its inhabitants to fully enjoy the outdoors areas that surround them, with impeccable landscaping and a large swimming pool.
